Ross Arsenault has held a variety of roles since 2012. Ross began their career as a Sales Associate at Best Buy Canada in 2012, followed by a Sales Associate role at Fido Solutions in 2014. In 2014, they were promoted to Junior Marketing Manager at Bell Aliant, and then to Influencer Analyst at InNetwork Inc. in 2015. In 2016, Arsenault co-founded three separate organizations: The Spark Zone, Square Roots, and The Pipeline. For The Pipeline, they developed, validated, piloted, and restructured the program before transitioning into a full-time management position to run The Pipeline through the Saint Mary's University Entrepreneurship Centre. Ross also served as Co-President of Enactus Saint Mary's University in 2016. In 2018, Arsenault became Co-Founder and COO of Ashored Innovations, where they are developing an intelligent buoy system that provides ropeless fishing solutions for improved operational efficiency and marine habitat protection.
Ross Arsenault received their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary's University in 2017, majoring in Entrepreneurship & Marketing. Ross then went on to receive their Master of Technology Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the same institution in 2020.
