Felecia Bowes-Griffiths

Felecia Bowes-Griffiths has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Felecia began their career at EHC Industries in 2005 as a Marketing Technical Representative. After a year and a half, they joined Digicel in 2006 as a Switch Engineer - Roaming. In 2008, they were promoted to Group Roaming Technical Manager at Digicel. After four years, they moved to BICS in 2012, where they served as the Senior Regional Technical Manager for the Americas. In October 2020, they were promoted to the position of Head of Regional Operations (Americas) at BICS.

Felecia Bowes-Griffiths obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a field of study in International Marketing from the University of Leicester. Prior to that, they completed a BSC degree in Computer Science and Electronics at The University of the West Indies, graduating in 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Felecia Bowes-Griffiths has also obtained certification in "Leading at a Distance" from LinkedIn in April 2020.
