Cliff Adams Bitrus has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Cliff Adams started their career as a Senior IT Manager at MBCOMM/Continental Trust Bank Limited from 1995 to 2000. Cliff Adams then worked as a Database Developer/Software Architect at Datalinks Nigeria Limited, where they were involved in developing the Eazybank AX Mortgage and Microfinance Banking software using Microsoft SQL Server and other technologies from 2008 to 2010.

Subsequently, Cliff worked as a Dynamics AX Functional Consultant & Reports Developer at Conoil Producing Limited in 2010. Cliff Adams returned to Datalinks Nigeria Limited and served as a Lead Consultant/Project Manager, leading teams for the planning and implementation of the Eazybank AX banking software in several mortgage and micro-finance banks in Nigeria from 2010 to 2013.

In 2014, Cliff became a BI/Data Warehouse Developer at Datalinks Nigeria Limited, focusing on end-to-end BI projects, including Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence (BI) reports. Cliff Adams also led teams as a Lead Consultant and Project Manager.

Cliff joined Development Bank of Nigeria in 2018, initially as a BI/Data Warehouse & .NET Developer, developing end-borrower data visualization reports and dashboards using Power BI and Office 365. Later, as a Data Modeller, SQL and .NET Developer, they worked on the design and development of a database for an Internal Risk Rating application.

In 2018, Cliff briefly worked at Platinum Mortgage Bank Limited as a BI/Data Warehouse Developer, involved in the development of a Data Warehouse and SSRS Reports Project for an international financial reporting standard system.

Currently, Cliff is working at Ashtead Technology as an SQL, BI and ERP Developer, responsible for the development and maintenance of SQL scripts, reporting tools, and enterprise resource planning processes.

Cliff Adams Bitrus has a diverse education history. Cliff Adams first attended ATBU, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from 1984 to 1990. Afterward, they pursued further education at ESUT Business School and successfully earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Banking and Finance from 1988 to 2000.

In recent years, Cliff Adams Bitrus also pursued a Master's degree in Data Science from Robert Gordon University in the UK between 2016 and 2017. Additionally, they have acquired various certifications to enhance their skillset. These include being an ISO 27001 Certified ISMS Lead Auditor (CIS LA) from the International Board for IT Governance (IBITG), Oracle Certified Administrator (OCA), and several Microsoft certifications such as Implementing a SQL Data Warehouse, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) - MS Dynamics Developer, Installation & Configuration, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Financials and Trade & Logistics, and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist.
