Niki Watt has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. They began their career in 2001 with the Royal Air Force as a TACC Technician and later transitioned to the role of Datalinks Maintainer at RAF Boulmer. In 2012, Niki joined Fujitsu Telecommunications as an access field technician.
In 2013, Niki started working with Fugro Survey Ltd as a Survey Engineer, responsible for the installation, setup, testing, calibration, and operation of survey and positioning systems. They also collected, arranged, and presented survey data and results while maintaining and repairing survey equipment.
In 2015, Niki joined Fugro Survey (Middle East) Ltd. with similar responsibilities as a survey engineer. They continued in this role until 2018 when they moved on to become a Freelance Survey Engineer with NW SURVEY ENGINEERING. In this position, Niki worked independently and provided survey engineering services on a freelance basis.
Most recently, in 2021, Niki joined Ashtead Technology as a Survey Engineer, where they currently work.
Niki Watt completed an Advanced Modern Apprenticeship in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician at RAF Cosford from 2000 to 2001. Prior to that, between 1991 and 1996, Niki Watt attended Harton Technology College, but did not obtain a degree or pursue a specific field of study during that time.
