Cole Smith

Cole Smith currently serves as the Director of Leasing at Ashton Gray, where responsibilities include managing existing vacancy, project leasing, and development in various states. Prior to this role, Cole worked as an Associate at Fleske Commercial Group, gaining experience in areas such as administration, marketing, finance, development, and client/tenant relations. Cole also implemented systems for competitor prospect analysis and broker distribution lists. Cole graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2021.
