Paul Sims

Paul Sims has extensive experience as a Division President in the homebuilding industry. Paul started their career as Division President at US Home Corporation in 1996 and was responsible for P/L management of the Houston operations. During their tenure, they delivered 450 homes in 1996 and received the President's Award for Excellence. In 2000, they expanded their role to include South Texas and delivered over 950 homes. Sims then joined Lennar in 2000 as Division President before moving on to Kimball Hill Homes in 2004. At Kimball Hill Homes, they served as Division President for the Houston Operations and had P/L responsibility for various functions, including sales, construction, land, customer care, marketing, accounting, and mortgage. Sims developed communities and delivered homes to over 3800 homeowners during their five-year tenure at Kimball Hill Homes. In 2009, they transitioned to Ashton Woods Homes Houston, where they continued to hold the position of Division President.

Paul Sims has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
