Robert Oliver

Robert Oliver has worked as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach since 2010. In 2010, they began working with Black Rock City LLC (Burning Man) as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager. In 2013, they began working with Snapfish as a Scrum Master. In 2016, they began working with Agile Learning Labs at Nest Labs / Google as an Agile Coach. In 2017, they worked with MATRIX Resources at Wells Fargo & Company as an Agile Coach, and with Evernote as an Agile Coach. In 2018, they worked with Way2B1 as an Agile Coach, and with Agile Learning Labs at Reflektive as an Agile Coach. In 2020, they began working with Artizen, Inc. at Mulesoft as an Agile Coach. In 2021, they began working with The Ashvins Group at Abbott Labs as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach. Throughout their work experience, Robert Oliver has assessed and coached geographically distributed teams in Agile practice, facilitated team events, created and taught custom online, interactive, synchronous Agile/Scrum training, guided leadership in Agile transition, and led Agile adoption for software development teams.

Robert Oliver has an extensive educational background. Robert holds a Master of Science (M.S.) / Management (MBA) from Purdue University Daniels School of Business, where they studied Organizational Behavior (OB) & Human Resource Management (HRM), Management Info. Systems (MIS / IT). Robert also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) With High Honors from the University of Florida. Additionally, Robert has attended the University of California, Los Angeles. Robert has also obtained numerous certifications, including Scrum Foundations Educator from the Scrum Alliance in July 2021, Certified Scrum@Scale Practitioner (CSaSP) from Scrum@Scale in April 2020, Certified Agile Leadership I (CAL 1) from the Scrum Alliance in July 2019, Certified Professional - Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) from ICAgile in July 2019, Certified Scrum Professional\u00ae - Product Owner (CSP\u00ae-PO) from the Scrum Alliance in February 2018, Certified Scrum Professional\u00ae - ScrumMaster (CSP\u00ae-SM) from the Scrum Alliance in February 2018, Certified LeSS Practitioner from The LeSS Company B.V. in February 2016, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in December 2014, SAFe Agilist (SA) Certified Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2013, and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in December 2009.
