Patrick Beyrer

Patrick Beyrer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in China-related research and analysis. Currently serving as Manager of Trade and China at McLarty Associates since June 2023, and as a Non-Resident Research Associate at the Asia Society's Center for China Analysis, Patrick has also held positions as a consultant at Rhodium Group and as a China Analyst at The Asia Group. Previous experience includes a research internship at the Center for Strategic and International Studies and consultancy work at Blackpeak. Patrick holds a Master of China Studies, Law and Society from Yenching Academy of Peking University, a Master of Arts in East Asian Languages & Civilizations, and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as ongoing studies at National Taiwan University.
