Ameen Joudah is currently the Director of Workplace Management & Hospitality at the Asian Development Bank. Ameen has previously worked as an IMF Advisor from April 2013 to July 2019, where they led targeted and institution-wide innovation, transformation, and operational excellence. Prior to that, they were with Hewlett-Packard from April 1994 to March 2013, where they enabled HP's intensely dynamic business strategies at the corporate and EMEA levels by leading workplace transformation and innovation, and managing corporate services integration, contracts, cost & quality management. From January 1991 to December 1994, they were with CFM as a co-founder/advisory services provider, advancing the performance of private & public sector organisations by delivering value-add solutions. Ameen has also held positions as a Projects Manager with ZFP / MoD from January 1990 to December 1991, and as a Portfolio Strategist & Planner with NHS from January 1987 to December 1989.

Ameen Joudah earned their PhD in Assets Development & Management from PhD. Ameen also holds an MSc in the same field from MSc and a BSc from BSc.
