Pau Ramos

Pau Ramos is a seasoned communications and marketing professional with extensive experience across various financial institutions. Currently serving as a Communications Officer at the Asian Development Bank since December 2024, Pau oversees communications and public relations for the Infrastructure Finance Division across East Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific Islands. Previously, as a Marketing Manager at Bank of the Philippine Islands from July 2023 to November 2024, Pau developed an acquisition marketing strategy targeting the middle-class segment. At FWD Insurance, as an Insights and Analytics Manager, Pau utilized data analytics to inform marketing campaigns, while at Data Analytics Ventures, Inc., as a Growth Marketing Officer, Pau led strategies for promotional campaigns. Pau's tenure at Philippine National Bank included roles as Project Manager, Transformation Lead, and Digital Marketing Specialist, contributing to significant projects and pioneering digital initiatives. Pau holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of the Philippines Los Baños.
