Tiffany Chiu Leung

Tiffany Chiu Leung is an attorney with extensive experience in intellectual property law, currently serving as an associate in the IP Licensing and Technology Transactions group at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP since September 2017. Tiffany focuses on emerging technology companies within the life sciences and pharmaceuticals sectors, having previously worked in the IP Litigation group on various complex intellectual property matters. Tiffany also holds a position as an advisory board member at Asian Law Alliance, alongside past expertise as in-house legal counsel for Panasonic, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating technology and IP transactions. With a foundational background that includes internships in immigration law and research, Tiffany Chiu Leung earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Davis, and a law degree from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law.
