Berna Kivilcim

Berna Kivilcim is a legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in the legal sector. Currently serving as the Legal & Compliance Director at Marketlend since June 2021, Kivilcim previously worked as an Analyst at KPMG Australia and as a Paralegal in Criminal Law at the Aboriginal Legal Service. Additional roles include Assistant Manager at David Jones and Court Support Associate at the Community Restorative Centre. Kivilcim's early legal experience includes positions as a Paralegal at Bond Lawyers and participation in the Pro Bono Intensive Law Program at Macarthur Legal Centre. Kivilcim holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from 2015 to 2019, as well as a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia, completed in 2020.
