Mark Ridley

Mark Ridley is an experienced director in People and Culture, currently serving as the Head of Workforce Strategy and Talent at ASIC since 2022. Prior to this role, Mark was the Director of People and Culture for the Victorian Government from 2019 to 2022, where they developed strategies for workforce attraction, development, and retention. Mark held various leadership positions in talent management, including the Global Head of Talent, Resourcing, and Acquisition at MinterEllison from 2015 to 2017, and worked in regional leadership roles for NEC Corporation and a short tenure as Head of Workforce Planning at NAB in 2019. Mark's extensive experience spans multiple regions, including significant roles in organisational development across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa while working with IBM from 1995 to 2005.
