Taiza Araujo

Taiza Araujo is an experienced professional in organizational development and onboarding, currently serving as a Junior Organizational Development Analyst at ASICS since July 2025. In this role, Taiza is responsible for institutional onboarding across corporate and retail environments, ensuring a consistent integration experience aligned with the ASICS culture. Prior to ASICS, Taiza worked at XP Inc. from February 2024 to March 2025 as an Onboarding and Development Intern, coordinating live onboarding sessions for around 200 employees, facilitating content that enhances cultural immersion. Taiza's career began at Ingenico, where, as an HR Intern from March 2022 to February 2024, Taiza developed and implemented an internship program focused on individual growth, conducting monthly one-on-one meetings with interns. Taiza holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade São Judas Tadeu and has completed an English language course at Cultura Inglesa.
