Robin Lorenz has a diverse work experience in the field of pathology. They have held the position of President at the American Society for Investigative Pathology since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director at Genentech, where they provided pathology support for drug discovery and biomarker strategy/development. Robin Lorenz received a B.S. in Biology from Stanford University from 1980 to 1984. They then attended Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, where they obtained an M.D., Ph.D. in Immunology from 1984 to 1990. Prior to their university education, they attended Okeene High School in Okeene, OK from 1974 to 1980. Additionally, Robin Lorenz holds certifications in "Uncovering Unconscious Bias in Recruiting and Interviewing" from LinkedIn, obtained in 2022, and "American Board of Pathology (Clinical Pathology)" from the American Board of Pathology, obtained in July 2003.
