Carolina Arroyo Fuertes

Carolina Arroyo Fuertes has extensive experience in financial analysis and business reporting, currently serving in the Financial Department at ASITUR since February 2020. In this role, Carolina is responsible for analyzing financial information and preparing reports using Business Intelligence tools like Power BI for management committees. Prior to ASITUR, Carolina worked at Vodafone for nearly two decades, holding various positions including Data Analyst in Commercial Operations, Project Manager in Business Improvement Unit, and Market Analyst in Customer Experience. Notably, Carolina led projects that significantly reduced operational costs and improved customer satisfaction by redesigning business processes. Carolina holds an MBA from Escuela Europea de Negocios and a Law degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
