Caity Neighbor began their career in 2019 as a Customer Success Manager at Ascend Software, where they managed 30 enterprise accounts and $2M ARR while driving renewals, references, up-sells & cross-sells for their book of business. Later that year, they moved to Green Bits, Inc. as a Customer Success Manager for Emerging Markets, where they managed 130 accounts and $2M ARR across five complex markets with varied compliance requirements. In 2020, they joined AskNicely as Manager of Customer Success, where they maintained a selection of highly strategic accounts as part of a $500K book of business and trained, coached, and educated the Customer Success team on relevant systems, product, processes and best practices. Caity then moved to Team Lead, Customer Success, where they managed a $1.2M book of business through key customer journey touchpoints and led, coached, and empowered the customer success team. Finally, they returned to their role as a Customer Success Manager, where they managed multiple concurrent activation projects for strategic enterprise and mid-market customers, served as the primary point-of-contact throughout the post-implementation customer lifecycle, and developed case studies for diverse use cases and shared learnings with the entire organization.

Caity Neighbor attended Arizona State University from 2018 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership and Project Management.
