Stefan Oechsner

Stefan Oechsner has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Stefan started their career as an Undergraduate Researcher at NASA in 2006 before moving on to work as a Design Engineer at Boeing from 2007 to 2010. Stefan then joined Cathay Pacific Airways as a Technical Services Engineer from 2010 to 2013. In 2013, Stefan pursued an MBA at INSEAD and graduated in 2014. Stefan then worked as an Investment Associate at Arocrest Capital Management from 2014 to 2016. Stefan's next role was as the Chief Operating Officer at K-Mile Air, where they served from 2016 to 2020. Stefan then joined the Kuok Singapore Limited Group as a Senior Investment Manager from 2020 to 2022. Most recently, Stefan worked as the Managing Director at ASO Capital Management from 2021 to 2023 and is currently the Managing Director at ASL Airlines Australia, starting in April 2023.

Stefan Oechsner holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University, which they obtained in the years 2003 to 2007. Stefan also has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from INSEAD, earned in 2013 to 2014. In addition to their academic pursuits, Stefan Oechsner has obtained a Private Pilots License from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in 2005 and a PADI Rescue Diver certification from PADI.
