Akansha Peparthi

Akansha Peparthi, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Akansha is currently working as a Human Resources Manager at ASM Global since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Manager Human Resources at MaxVal Group, Inc. from August 2021 to June 2022. From November 2018 to January 2021, Akansha held the position of Senior Manager- Human Resources at HAPAG-LLOYD GLOBAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED.

Before that, they worked at Radio City India, where they held multiple roles including Senior Manager HR Business Partner| Zonal Head North & East, Corporate & Digital from September 2016 to November 2018, HR Business Partner | Zonal Head North RadioCity and Radio Mantra from April 2016 to September 2016, and HR Business Partner Zonal Head North from January 2016 to April 2016.

Akansha also gained valuable experience as an HR Manager at Bloomberg TV India from November 2014 to January 2016, and at Neebal Technologies from May 2014 to November 2014. Prior to transitioning into HR roles, they worked at American Express as a Lead Account Protection Analyst from September 2008 to May 2013, and at Wipro BPS as a Senior Associate from January 2006 to September 2008.

Akansha Peparthi, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse education history that spans over multiple years. In 2001, they graduated from Lucknow University with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics. Following this, from 2004 to 2006, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Development from the same university. In 2014, Akansha pursued an Executive MBA from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) with a focus on Finance and HR, which they completed in 2016. Continuing their education, in 2022, they attended Northwestern University to study the basics of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), specifically Human Resources Management and Services.

Additionally, in January 2023, Akansha obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the SHRM institution.
