Director Of Compensation at ASM Global

Diane Dowlin has extensive work experience in compensation and human resources management. Diane currently works as the Director of Compensation at ASM Global since June 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Corporate Compensation Manager at Cedar Fair Entertainment Company from February 2022 to June 2023. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at the Wounded Warrior Project as the Human Resources Manager, overseeing various HR functions including compensation, benefits, HRIS, and talent management. Diane also has a strong background in international human resources and compensation, having worked at FIS from 2008 to 2018 as the International Human Resources Director and Compensation Director. Diane had also held the role of Senior Human Resources Manager at FIS from 2008 to 2011.

Before joining FIS, Diane worked as the Vice President of Global Human Resources at Hypercom from March 2004 to October 2006, where they played a key role in restructuring business operations and implementing cost-saving measures. Diane'searlier experience includes working as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Ottawa University from 1996 to 2005 and as a Pension Plans Manager at CSX from 2001 to 2003, where they managed the administration of various pension plans. Diane began their career as a Compensation Consultant Specialist at Pinnacle West Capital Corporation from June 1999 to August 2001, where they specialized in designing and implementing pay plans and incentive programs.

Diane Dowlin has a diverse educational background. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Lawrence Technological University. Diane furthered their education by obtaining an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Jacksonville University in 1988.

In 2017, Diane enrolled in the Accredited Professional Coach Training Program at the University of Miami. Diane completed this program in 2019, although they did not earn a specific degree.

Additionally, Diane pursued various fields of study at the University of North Florida. Diane studied Business Analytics from 2011 to the present, Psychology from 2017 to 2019, and International/Foreign Language-Spanish from 2011 to 2013.

Diane is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics from the University of North Florida's College of Business Administration, a program they started in 2019.

Furthermore, Diane has shown their commitment to professional development through additional certifications.
