Jenny Overton

Jenny Overton has extensive work experience in finance, auditing, and risk management. Jenny started their career at PwC in 1991, where they worked as an Assistant Manager in the Audit Department. At PwC, they managed a portfolio of audit clients, including multinational PLCs. Jenny joined HURST in 1998 and held various roles within the company. Jenny served as an Assistant Audit Manager, where they completed financial accounts and tax computations for owner-managed businesses. Jenny also worked as a Corporate Finance Manager, where they performed due diligence reviews and developed financial forecasts for companies. Additionally, they worked as a Manager in Business Risk Consulting, providing consultancy services to organizations to manage their risks and meet compliance requirements. From 2009 to 2015, Jenny served as a Business Services Manager at HURST, where they managed services and relationships for a portfolio of clients. Since 2015, Jenny has been working at Official ASM Global as the European Group Internal Auditor & Finance Project Accountant, responsible for the internal audit function across the European group. Jenny also supports the CFO in overseeing operational entities and preparing financial and management reports.

Jenny Overton completed their secondary education from Oakham School in Rutland from 1980 to 1987. Jenny obtained A, AO, and O Levels during this time. Later, from 1988 to 1991, Jenny attended The University of Manchester, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) degree with a second-class upper division (2.1) in Management Science.
