Justin Carson

Justin Carson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Justin began their career as a Security Officer at Point Security Co Inc in October 2015 and continued in various security officer positions at U.S. Security Associates, Inc. and Rivers Casino Pittsburgh. In these roles, Justin demonstrated their expertise in enforcing regulations, responding to incidents, and providing exceptional customer service.

From March 2019 to September 2020, Justin worked as a Behavioral Health Technician at Oasis Behavioral Health Hospital, where they administered patient behaviors, facilitated focus groups, and collaborated with nursing staff to ensure appropriate treatment plans.

In August 2020, Justin joined Asurion as a Premium Tech Support Specialist, supporting multiple technology devices and resolving hardware and software issues.

Justin then transitioned to Ipro Tech in February 2021 as a Technical Support Engineer. In this position, they utilized their technical expertise to support eDiscovery solutions, troubleshoot complex software systems, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Additionally, Justin has gained experience in event security at Official ASM Global and S.A.F.E. Management, where they ensure the safety and security of events.

Most recently, Justin joined Valley Hope in September 2021 as an IS Network Security Analyst, focusing on network security in the information services field.

Justin Carson earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Westmoreland County Community College, starting in 2008 and completing in 2011. Justin then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration at PennWest California from 2011 to 2014. Following this, Justin furthered their education by attaining a Master of Science (MS) degree in Cyber Security from PennWest California between 2016 and 2020.
