Mark Rozells

Mark Rozells has held various leadership roles in finance and administration throughout their career. In 1990, they began working at Walt Disney, where they played a key role in the company's financial strategy during a period of rapid growth. Mark then joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts in 1998, where they provided financial leadership and was involved in a business transformation. In 2000, Rozells became President & CEO/EVP&CFO of DMX MUSIC/Liberty Digital, leading a turnaround and sale process. Mark later served as EVP & CFO of Fairmont Raffles Hotels International, overseeing significant growth in EBITDA and unit development. From 2008 to 2017, they served as a Member of the Board of Directors at FelCor Lodging Trust. Most recently, Rozells worked at FreshRealm as CFO & Chief Administrative Officer, where they managed a turnkey technology and logistics platform for the fresh food industry. In 2019, they joined Official ASM Global as Chief Financial Officer.
