Natalie Dawson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2011, they started as an apprentice at Mark Addy, working on the larder section. After a year, they secured a part-time position at the same restaurant while still attending college. In 2013, Natalie began working as a commis chef at Hilton, where they also completed their Level 3 in Professional Cookery. During their time there, they participated in the chef mentoring program and was responsible for running the "Deansgate Experience" tasting menu. Natalie then worked briefly as an apprentice at The French Bakehouse before joining One88 Restaurant & Bar as a chef de partie to help open a new restaurant. In 2017, they changed their career path and took on the role of administrative assistant bookkeeper at Dawson Builders & Decorators. This job marked Natalie's entry into the field of accounting. The following year, they joined ASM Global as an accounts receivable assistant, where they processed a high volume of sales invoices. Natalie then progressed to roles as a bank reconciliation clerk and assistant management accountant, where they gained experience in balancing bank accounts and preparing monthly management accounts. Their most recent role at ASM Global is assistant group accountant, where they support the business with financial and management accounting requirements for the European headquarters and group. Natalie's responsibilities in this role include preparing monthly management accounts, cash flow projections, forecasts, and budgets, analyzing variances, and providing commentary and explanations.

Natalie Dawson's education history is as follows:

From 2021 to 2022, Natalie attended Kaplan Financial and obtained a degree in Accounting, specifically the ACCA qualification.

In 2019 and 2020, Natalie also attended Kaplan Financial, where they obtained a degree in Accounting at the AAT Level 4.

From 2017 to 2019, Natalie studied at Bury College and completed the AAT Level 2 & 3 in Accounting.
