Quanittia Harris

Quanittia Harris has a strong background in supplier diversity and promoting small and diverse businesses. Quanittia currently works at ASM Global as a Supplier Diversity Manager, where they support the Supply Chain Diversity Initiative and manages supply chain diversity efforts. Quanittia'sresponsibilities include engaging with multiple venues, promoting procurement opportunities, and planning outreach initiatives.

Prior to ASM Global, Harris worked at MGM Resorts International. In their role as a Supplier Diversity Partner, they streamlined and analyzed diverse supplier/contractor data, ensuring accuracy in audits and reporting. Quanittia also collaborated with other departments to recommend and implement enhancements for capturing and reporting social and environmental impacts. Earlier in their career at MGM Resorts, they served as a Coordinator for Supplier Diversity, where they managed business relationships, provided training and support to suppliers, and assisted with program operations.

In 2018, they obtained a Certificate in The Executive Diploma in Hospitality Operations, with an emphasis in Event, from TISOH- The International School of Hospitality.

From 2012 to 2014, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Phoenix, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General.

Prior to that, from 2008 to 2010, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from the University of Phoenix.

Additionally, Quanittia has obtained two certifications. In June 2022, they received a Project Leadership certification from LinkedIn. Furthermore, in May 2020, they obtained a Remote Work Foundations certification, also from LinkedIn.
