Ryan Liptrot

Ryan Liptrot has a diverse work experience in the sports and hospitality industry. Ryan started their career as an intern at the Long Beach Armada in 2008, gaining experience in general sales and operations. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at the Windy City ThunderBolts as a groundskeeper, operations staff, and later as a group sales and catering coordinator.

In 2012, they interned at the Minnesota Twins' ticket office. The following year, they worked as a coordinator in the Spring Training Ticket Office for the San Francisco Giants.

From 2014 to 2018, Ryan worked for the Chicago Cubs as a ticket manager at Cubs/Sloan Park. In this role, they oversaw ticket operations and sales, managed a box office and a seasonal sales team, and fulfilled contractual obligations for corporate partners. Ryan also collaborated with F&B and operations managers to ensure operational needs were met.

In 2017 and 2018, they worked at Levy Restaurants as a concessions supervisor, responsible for game day preparation, stand/portable function, and staff management. Ryan provided input on staffing and presentation and administered disciplinary protocols.

From 2019 to 2021, Ryan served as the Director of Food & Beverage at the Inland Empire 66ers, overseeing food and beverage operations.

In 2021, they held positions at Legends and ASM Global - Official as a concessions supervisor and a box office assistant, respectively.

Ryan Liptrot obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in School of Sport and Exercise Science from Lewis University in 2011. In addition to their degree, they have also earned certifications as a Certified Concession Manager from the National Association of Concessionaires in August 2020 and as a ServSafe Manager from the National Restaurant Association in January 2020.
