Ryan Liptrot has a diverse work experience in the sports and hospitality industry. Ryan started their career as an intern at the Long Beach Armada in 2008, gaining experience in general sales and operations. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at the Windy City ThunderBolts as a groundskeeper, operations staff, and later as a group sales and catering coordinator.
In 2012, they interned at the Minnesota Twins' ticket office. The following year, they worked as a coordinator in the Spring Training Ticket Office for the San Francisco Giants.
