Daniel Casey

Daniel Casey is a Senior Process Engineer II at ASM since May 2023, and concurrently holds a position as an Assignee at imec. Prior experience includes a role as a Postdoctoral Researcher and a Research Assistant at Trinity College Dublin from March 2018 to April 2023, contributing to the Applied Physics Research Group. Daniel has also served as a PhD Candidate and Chief Invigilator during the academic tenure, overseeing exam integrity. Additional experience includes a Poll Clerk position at the Dublin City Returning Office in February 2020, and earlier roles in hospitality and quality control, specifically as a Food And Beverage Assistant at Scotts Hotel Killarney and a Quality Control Intern at Astellas Pharma Europe. Daniel holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physics from Trinity College Dublin (2022) and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from the same institution (2017).
