Joann Juan

Joann Juan is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources management. Currently serving as Senior HR Director and Global HR Business Partner for Global Sales, Service, and Spares at ASM since January 2012, Joann has held various leadership roles within the company, contributing significantly to HR strategy development. Joann's previous experience includes senior HR positions at ASML, where responsibilities encompassed expatriate management and country HR leadership in Taiwan. Additional roles include HR Manager at BOC Edwards and HR Supervisor at Grundfos Management A/S, where Joann oversaw HR operations in diverse settings. Joann holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from National Central University and Bachelor's and Diploma degrees in Business Administration from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology and National Taipei University of Business, respectively.
