Krishna S.

Krishna S. is an experienced executive in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as VP & General Manager at ASM since November 2020, leading Silicon Carbide epitaxy and overseeing the growth of LPE following its acquisition. Previously, Krishna held the role of VP, Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at ASM, where the strategic framework for M&A was defined, culminating in the acquisition of LPE. Additional roles include Board Member at Kiselkarbid AB and SiCS, CEO of LPE S.p.A., and leadership positions at Applied Materials, Partnership Ventures, and ASML, among others. Krishna's educational background includes a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and multiple MBA degrees from the Rotterdam School of Management and the Amsterdam Institute of Finance.
