Lay Hong Tan is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leading people initiatives across Asia, particularly in Singapore and Malaysia. Currently serving as Head of People for ASM since June 2018, Lay Hong Tan partners with business leaders to align HR strategies with company culture and objectives. Previous roles include Regional HR Manager at TMEIC, Associate Director - HR at Space Matrix Design Consultants, and HR Manager at Amcor Flexibles, showcasing a strong background in HR strategy and operations across various countries. Lay Hong Tan holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Singapore Human Resources Institution and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the National University of Singapore.
