Tamara Pearce, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Tamara has held leadership positions in companies such as Wolfspeed, Cisco, Citrix, Eaton Corporation, and HSBC. Tamara has extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), having developed and implemented cohesive DEI strategies and teams in multiple organizations. Tamara has also managed employee resource groups and advocated for their cultural impact on the business. Additionally, Tamara has expertise in university relations, having created formal university recruiting programs and implemented diversity recruiting strategies to ensure a diverse pipeline of early career talent. Tamara has excelled in managing high-volume requisitions, conducting interviews, and selecting qualified candidates. Tamara has also led HR functions at the regional level, interpreting labor laws, attracting and retaining talent, evaluating organizational design, and facilitating new hire orientations.

Tamara Pearce, PHR, SHRM-CP (She/Her) holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University, which they completed in 2014. In 2007, they received a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Duke University. Earlier, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resource Management from Barton College, finishing in 2005.
