Paul Crothers

Paul Crothers is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in engineering and operations management within the high-tech and nuclear sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at ASM since August 2022, Crothers previously held significant leadership roles, including Vice President of Global Operations at Lam Research, where responsibilities encompassed planning and execution for factory shipments in a $15B+ company. Crothers has also contributed as Managing Director in both Global Demand Planning and Global Sourcing Operations at Applied Materials, achieving notable productivity improvements and overseeing substantial revenue streams. Early career roles included senior positions at Form Factor, Inc., RJ Dyer Real Property Investment, and Applied Materials, while also serving as Nuclear Engineering Manager at the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
