Sheshraj Tulshibagwale

Sheshraj Tulshibagwale is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in the semiconductor and automotive industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at ASM since November 2021, Sheshraj leads the Service & Spares Business unit, focusing on productivity improvement, cost reduction programs, and engineering workflow efficiency. Prior to this, Sheshraj held various roles at Applied Materials from October 1997 to March 2021, including Director of Engineering & Technical Program Management, where responsibilities included managing the Program Management Office for the OLED business unit and serving as the global engineering program lead for engineering change management. Earlier career experience includes work as an Automotive Crashworthiness Analyst/Engineer, providing design direction based on crash tests. Sheshraj holds a Master’s degree in Technology Commercialization from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from COEP Technological University.
