Surabhi Madan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in global legal strategy and compliance across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director and Global Legal Counsel at ASM since March 2017, Surabhi leads legal initiatives for global procurement and operations while collaborating with senior management across multiple countries. Prior roles include senior legal positions at Xerox, where responsibilities encompassed contract negotiations and litigation management, and positions at GENPACT LLC and ILF Advocates, focusing on corporate legal assistance and transactional matters. Surabhi holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Delhi University, complemented by additional qualifications in environmental law and data privacy.
