Nisar Ahmed

Nisar Ahmed is an Optical Design Engineer at ASML, where involvement in the metrology department focuses on the development of the Yieldstar metrology machine since June 2022. Prior experience includes an Engineering Internship at OSRAM from December 2021 to May 2022, where responsibilities encompassed thermography inspection of LEDs and luminance measurements. As a Research Assistant at PhoenixD-Leibniz Universität from February 2021 to December 2021, Nisar Ahmed contributed to the design of a specialized vacuum chamber for X-ray imaging and the development of laser setups. Early internship experience includes a position with Heavy Equipment Al Ain Municipality in June 2015. Nisar Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Air University (2013-2017) and furthered education at Leibniz Universität Hannover from 2018 to 2020.
