Pam Philippens

Pam Philippens is a User Experience Specialist and Business Analyst currently working at ASML through Bright Cape since May 2023. In addition, Pam holds the position of Human Data Interaction Consultant at Bright Cape, where the focus is on digitization and data science solutions. Previously, Pam gained experience as a Graduate Intern at Conclusion, immersing in e-learning and Intelligent Tutoring Systems, and contributed as a Teacher Assistant at Eindhoven University of Technology. Pam also served as a Student Advisor and Ambassador for the Communication Expertise Centre and provided mentorship to first-year students in Innovation Sciences. Engagement in organizational roles includes being a Member of the Supervisory Board for Wervingsdagen and a Fulltime Board Member at the study association Intermate. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Engineering specializing in Human-Technology Interaction and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology & Technology from Eindhoven University of Technology, alongside an exchange semester at the National University of Singapore.
