Stoffel van Den Berge

Stoffel van den Berge currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager Operations Europe at ASML, leading talent acquisition efforts for operations across Europe since March 2024. Prior to this role, Stoffel held the position of Regional Manager Talent Acquisition Operations / Client Services EU at AMS from March 2018 to November 2023, where responsibilities included leading teams to meet talent acquisition targets for various strategic accounts. Before AMS, Stoffel was the Senior Manager/Head of Global Recruitment at HRS Group, focusing on transforming the recruiting function and launching a new ATS. Additional experience includes serving as Recruiting Lead at trivago, Senior Corporate Recruiter at Amazon.com, and establishing IT Executive search at ManpowerGroup: Elan IT. Stoffel began the career as an Executive Search Consultant at Holtrop Ravesloot & Partners, specializing in senior executive search assignments. Stoffel holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Science from Tilburg University.
