Johnny Teo has a diverse work experience in various companies and industries. Johnny is currently the Global Head of Total Rewards and Mobility at ASMPT Ltd since August 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Group Head of Total Rewards, Performance Management & Global Mobility, Strategic HRBP at Zuellig Pharma from April 2016 to August 2021. Before that, they were the Regional Rewards & Mobility Manager Asia Pacific at Allianz from January 2014 to April 2016. Johnny also gained experience as a Senior Manager (Group Rewards) at a company under Singapore Telecommunication from May 2013 to January 2014. Johnny has also worked at Carrots Consulting as both a Consultant from October 2010 to June 2012 and as a Senior Consultant, Practising Management Consultant from July 2012 to May 2013. Johnny'searlier work experience includes positions as an Associate Consultant at Hay Group from October 2008 to October 2010 and as an Investment Analyst at Investment Firms and Brokerages from May 2006 to October 2008.

Johnny Teo, CECP, GMS-T, attended Nanyang Technological University Singapore from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Accountancy degree in the field of Accountancy. Prior to that, they studied at Hwa Chong Institution from 1999 to 2000 and Dunman High School from 1995 to 1998, but did not obtain any degrees or specify a field of study during those periods.

In addition to their educational background, Johnny Teo has obtained several certifications. Johnny is a Certified Executive Compensation Professional from WorldatWork and has passed Level 2 of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exam, administered by the CFA Institute. Johnny has also obtained an Executive Diploma in Directorship from the Singapore Institute of Directors, a Global Mobility Specialist certification from Worldwide ERC, and a Practising Management Consultant certification from the Practising Management Consultant institution.
