Paul Darvill

Paul Darvill has extensive experience in quality management and team leadership, currently serving as Quality Team Lead at ASOS.com since June 2015. Prior to this role, Paul spent a decade at Tesco from April 2005 to May 2015, where responsibilities included Team Lead/Manager in various capacities, such as security manager and fresh food night manager. Earlier in their career, Paul was the Area Operations Manager at Days Gone Bye from May 1995 to March 2005, focusing on driving store performance and enhancing customer experiences. Paul completed education at The Misbourne from 1983 to 1987.
