James F. Tadra has a diverse work experience in the financial field. James F. started their career at General Motors in 1998 as a Special Project Analyst and later became a Financial Analyst. In these roles, they conducted cost and competitive analysis and developed training materials for pricing and incentives.
Tadra then worked as an MBA Intern at General Motors in 2001, where they established inter-company lending limits and performed various financial analyses.
From 2002 to 2019, Tadra held various finance managerial roles at General Motors. James F. served as a Senior Financial Analyst, Finance Manager, Senior Finance Manager, and General Director in different departments. These roles involved responsibilities such as financial planning and analysis, capital project control, product costing, and profitability analysis.
In 2015, Tadra became the Chief Financial Officer of General Motors Vietnam, where they managed finance, accounting, and treasury activities. James F. also provided strategic financial guidance and achieved significant profit and cash flow targets.
In 2019, Tadra joined the ASPCA as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) & Procurement.
James F. Tadra obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from The Wharton School in 2002. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance from Kettering University between 1993 and 1998. In 2018, they also obtained a certification in Project Management for Development Professionals (PMD Pro) Level 1 from APMG International.
