Nandan Pandarathil

Nandan Pandarathil has a diverse work experience in the software development field. Nandan started their career in 2004 as a Developer at Microland Limited, where they worked on a CRM Development and Production Support Team. Responsibilities included coding, testing, client interactions, and production support.

In 2004, Nandan also worked as a Developer via B-Commerce Infosystems at HireCraft Software Pvt Ltd. Here, they contributed to a project for a leading Talent Acquisition Company, focusing on recruitment management software solutions.

In 2005, Nandan joined Wipro Technologies as a Senior Software Engineer. Nandan worked on a logistics project for BP Logistics and Metrics Tracking, providing administration and real-time statistics using ASP.Net.

Later in 2005, Nandan joined Aspect Software as a Senior Principal Engineer. Here they took on a leadership role, overseeing software development and sustainment across multiple geographies. Nandan was responsible for designing and implementing product enhancements, primarily for the Enterprise Contact Server and Call Recording/Quality Management products. Nandan also set up and implemented processes at a program level.
