Neil Mundrawala

Neil Mundrawala began their work experience in 1997 as a Quality Control Specialist at Sharp Electronics Corporation, where they were responsible for post-production inspection and reporting. Neil later became a QA Product Specialist, evaluating products during the planning stage and communicating with manufacturing bases overseas. Neil then took on roles as an E-support Specialist and Training/Content Developer before becoming a Quality Assurance Specialist 1, where they evaluated new Sharp products and documented quality issues. In 2012, Mundrawala joined Aspect Software as an Instructional Designer, translating information from subject matter experts into engaging learning materials and designing curriculums for various student audiences.

Neil Mundrawala has an Associate of Applied Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Devry Institute of Technology. Neil also holds a Green Belt certification in Quality Process Improvement from Six Sigma. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Computer Networking (A+, Net+, PDI+) from Comptia and a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification from Microsoft. Neil Mundrawala has also taken courses in General Studies from the College of DuPage.
