Pedro Gonzalez has a diverse work experience. Pedro started their career at Equant in 1997 as a Regional Atlas Project Manager, where they worked until 2000. Pedro then joined Melita International in 2000 as a Global Customer Support Engineer. After that, they joined Aspect Software in 2002, initially as a Senior Technical Support Engineer and later becoming a Principal Technical Support Engineer in 2014. Throughout their career, Pedro has gained extensive experience in technical support and project management.

Pedro Gonzalez's education history began in 1986 when they attended Tecnológico de Monterrey. However, it is unclear whether they obtained any degree or field of study during this time.
