Valerie Ketchen-Hamann

Valerie Ketchen-Hamann began their work experience at Damirus Corp in 1992 as a Programmer, where they worked until 1998. In 1999, they joined Aspect Software as a SNR Technical Team Lead and Product Specialist, a role they held until 2008. From 2008 to 2013, Valerie served as a Principle Systems Analyst - Voice. Additionally, they worked as a Snr Business Consultant from 2007 to 2008 and as a Product Support Engineer from 2000 to 2006 at Aspect Software.

Valerie Ketchen-Hamann earned a High School Diploma in College Prep from Lynn English High School from 1983 to 1986. Valerie then pursued further education at Salem State University from 1986 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
