Steve McNeil

Steve McNeil is an accomplished Program Manager with extensive experience in the automotive and aerogel industries. Currently serving as Program Manager at Aspen Aerogels since September 2021, McNeil previously held the position of Sr. Program Manager at Gentherm from February 2016 to September 2021. Prior to that, McNeil worked as a System Architect (Seat Complete) at Faurecia from March 2013 to February 2016, and as Sr. Program Manager at L&W Group between 2011 and 2013. McNeil began a career at Brose N.A. as Lead Project Engineer from 2002 to 2011. Educationally, McNeil earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Wayne State University between 1992 and 1994.
