Jacek Materna

Jacek Materna has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in technology and leadership. Jacek currently serves as the Group CTO at Aspen Capital since August 2020. Prior to that, they were a Board Member and Advisor at Enflux from July 2020, and previously held the position of COO from January 2019 to July 2020. Jacek also served as the CTO at Assembla, where they played a crucial role in the growth and turnaround of the company, leading to a successful acquisition by IDERA Software in Q4 2018. Before that, they were the SVP of Engineering at SecureLogix, driving the transformation of the business to B2B SaaS and cloud offerings. Jacek co-founded VoIPshield Systems, Inc., a network security product startup, and served as the Co-Founder of Yariba Systems and Ambience Tech Inc. throughout their career.
