Matthew Lam

Matthew Lam is a finance and research professional with extensive experience in the blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors. As the Head of Research at Aspen Digital and a Senior Researcher at Everest Ventures Group since September 2021, Matthew has contributed to various research and analysis roles, including Capital Market Analyst and Investment Analyst. Prior roles include content-focused positions at OKEx, where Matthew provided market insights to media outlets and compiled research reports, and Blockchain.News, where relationship management and event representation were key responsibilities. Matthew also served as a Crypto Research Analyst at Standard Kepler, supporting research initiatives for financial institutions, and held roles in corporate finance at HNA Group, business analysis at KPMG, and banking at HSBC. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and International Business from UNSW, completed between 2011 and 2013.
