Ken Zigrino

Ken Zigrino has over thirty-five years of experience in the legal profession. Ken began their career in 1985 as a Corporate Attorney for Robins, Zelle, Larson & Kaplan. Ken then moved to Winthrop & Weinstine in 1987 where they held the same position. In 1991, Zigrino became the CEO and President of Zigrino & LoGalbo, P.A., where they managed three attorneys in both business and litigation matters. In 1997, they acted as Secretary and General Counsel in connection with the management buyout of the former Creamette pasta production and warehousing facilities in Minnesota from Borden Foods Company. In 1998, Zigrino became the Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Velocity Express Corporation, where they were responsible for the management, oversight and implementation of all aspects of the legal affairs of a $600 million annual revenue Nasdaq listed public company. From 2008 to 2011, they were a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch, and from 2011 to present, they have been the SVP, General Counsel and Chief IP Officer at Aspen Research Corporation.

Ken Zigrino obtained a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law in 1985, a B.A. in English Literature from the University at Buffalo in 1980, and completed a Kaplan Insurance Course.
