Tom Shaver

Tom Shaver has a diverse work experience, primarily in the manufacturing and operations field. Tom has held various roles at Aspen Surgical and Aspen Surgical, a Hill-Rom Company. Tom's most recent position is as Director of Operations at Aspen Surgical since June 2021. Prior to this, they served as Director of Manufacturing and Production Planner at Aspen Surgical. In 2017, Tom joined Aspen Surgical, a Hill-Rom Company, as a Continuous Improvement Manager.

Tom Shaver attended Central Michigan University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management.
