Jennifer Robinson

Jennifer Robinson is a financial aid director who has worked in the industry for over 20 years. Jennifer started their career as a financial aid advisor and has since held positions at multiple companies, including Campus Management Corp. and Dream Center Education Holdings, LLC. In their current role, they oversee the financial aid department at Aspen University.

Jennifer is known for their ability to streamline processes and increase efficiencies. During their time at Dream Center Education Holdings, they were able to transition 83 employees to a remote working environment, which saved the company over $830,000 annually. Jennifer also introduced next-generation technologies that automated 60% of processes and procedures, resulting in the elimination of 83 employees and significant expense reduction.

Jennifer is passionate about helping students access the financial resources they need to pursue their education. Jennifer has worked with the Department of Veteran Affairs to streamline the process of dispersing education benefits to veteran applicants and has increased the audit pass rate for VA benefits from 11% to 98%. Jennifer also garnered recognition for achieving passing scores on all audits throughout their tenure.

In their current role as Director of Financial Aid at Aspen University, Jennifer is responsible for overseeing the financial aid department and ensuring that students have access to the resources they need to pursue their education.

Jennifer Robinson has completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration from Argosy University.
